at some point in all of our lives there will be twist and turns that can change our whole life around.
but just remember to keep breathing...
as long as you can inhale and exhale, whatever your situation is , its temporary.
losing a loved one brought it all in perspective for me.
i wanted to stop breathing ... but know matter how dark my situation, my spirit refused to command my body to forget to breath.
i didn't understand then, i accept it and embrace now, what is the human spirts intent to survive, through any element or obstacle or twist and turns that come...
we inhale and exhale with a promise for hope in the mist of circumstance.
