A bonsai is a miniature tree. The chinese and japanese perfected the art of growing these trees many generations ago. Most people don't realize that most varieties of bonsai are deciduous trees which are best left outside, even during the winter. There are some tropical bonsai (also called indoor bonsai) which can be kept indoors. Mine are all indoor bonsai.

I love the air roots on this one. This is one of the easiest bonsai to care for. great for beginners and can do well in medium light.
