the local humane society held an adoption/xmas event for dogs on saturday at a local department store.  Since my doh was going to have her pictures taken with santa clause, she had to wear her best coral necklace (pictures to be posted later). a doggy bakery catered the events for dogs (gourmet doggy biscuits). this GIANT german shepard decided that one cookie was not enough so he just put his two front paws on the table and began to help himself to the cookies.

so, i've recently gotten into iranian films, but there is no place to rent it around me. Netflixs doesn't have a lot of films I am looking for.

anyone have an ideas on where to rent iranian films? maybe like an iranian blockbuster? anything in the DC area?

some of you may laugh at my sat night. I know I am NOW, but at the time, not so funny. 
A little history: i attended a baseball game. I don't understand baseball, so naturally I don't go to games. But I decided, what the heck! My friend bought me a beer (i finished it). I got the bright idea that I NEEDED a funnel cake (i think it was actually the beer talking).  I have a HUGE sweet tooth!  so I go get myself a funnel cake with the most powdered sugar i could find. i waddle up to my seats and sit down. In the meantime, my friend has gotten me ANOTHER beer. So I sit down, put the beer between my legs and place the funnel cake on my lap.

ever wonder what happens to people's common sense and driving skills when the weather changes? Maybe it's just the DC Metro area, but I was driving yesterday and pulled into  a parking lot. This guy in front of me (by a few hundred yards) just starts backing up....not even looking where he is going or who is behind him...if I hadn't moved out of the way, my car would have been crashed into and he would have probably blamed me! 

the best part is when it snows around here....all common sense is out the window and goes to make snow angels!
