In my own words 

My name is Idan, it means long life and fountain of youth in Hebrew. My mom is from Haifa, Israel and my pop is from Moscow, Russia, so this accounts for the name :) I grew up in a suburb outside of Washington DC. After college I moved out west to catch some sunshine and surf some waves. I worked on a couple different grad degrees. I lived in sunny Southern California for a while. I started to miss the seasons and even the cold weather...yes, the cold weather ;) I moved back East and now split my time between New York City and DC. Its been a fun ride so far...
