Here are some thoughts on the album, Abrahadabra. You can obtain more information from this link:

Gerald Van Waes, The Radioshow "PSYCHE VAN HET FOLK":
"This is an impressive debut of instrumental, compositionally strong, electric guitar driven progressive rock music. We hear great fuzz guitars, and a very intelligent use of melody with rhythmical changes, with compositions in Persian ? & other scales. There are various mood changes and different evolutions, and is built up by rich subtleties. Very good."

"It is a mixture of Western metal and Middle Eastern/Oriental melodies and scales that give Arashk a heavy gritty sound with this beautiful overlay of music most Westerners are hardly familiar with."
Christy Claxton - Stave Magazine

The third album, Roar, is a vocalized hard-rock/metal blend which recites a "message toward every artificial bounds and bindings". Illusions which are being surpassed by the aid of new millennium technology. This album will be released in April 2007.

Arashk's Albums

Today the digital technology hands possibilities by which any musician with any style finds the opportunity to record his "ideas" with utmost quality in his home-studio. Thus, the gap between subjectivity and objectivity diminishes day-by-day. This band has prepared three albums till now. The first album, Abrahadabra, an instrumental blend, represents the Iranian look toward progressive rock music. However that it is composed in occidental instrumentation, may could uncover the oriental origin of its composer in background. This album has now put on sale on band's website. The second album, Sovereign, is also instrumental and this time the possibilities of electronic music in companion with modern hard-rock instrumentation is being shown. This album is currently being under mastering process.
