Interesting extreme how you state in previous posts that your country allows the free practise of religion yet you do not allow the free practise of one exercising the right to an opinion!
Mmmmm very interesting indeed!

I was impressed by the way our neighbor presented his point of view of history. I don't care too much to argue with the details he mentioned. I am not an historian, he may be right about the facts, he may be wrong. There are always two sides of a story.
But I am concerned about the hatred, the passion and the fanatism that he wrote. And as we can see, he expresses the feelings of some other Iranians, too.
Perhaps, many Iranians think that the Persian history is not well recognized and are trying to be heard by these extreme ways. It looks like that they consider Holywood as something very important to them and are complaining about the movies that have been produced till now about the ancient Persian empire.
And the continuous tension between USA and Iran makes things worse. Maybe these people are trying to rely on their history to get prepared for the small posibility of a conflict.
We Greeks have done that on difficult times, too.
So, dear  friends, don't condemn our neighbor. He is very angry with the western world (and I believe he has good reasons) and that's his way to express it.
Under different circumstances it would be very interesting to exchange opinions with him. But without shouting and insulting each other.

P.S. I was always curious about the real names of the Persian emperors and generals, that are known to us from Herodotus with their Greek version. Thanks to our neighbor, my question was partially answered.

Ooooh oooh .... so much weapons !!  ooooh ... scared to death now ... and how do you know such details extreme? Do you work for the system there?

Once again I am obliged to ask you (politely):

1. Please talk; no need to scream using capital letters in your blogs
2. Try (if possible) to be polite; using such hate filled words or blaming any world leader or opposite to your way of thinking with words, pictures etc. does nothing more than downgrading the level of discussion ... I am sure (?) that you can (?) discuss ...
3. Threatening the world with "current apocalypse" you do not promote your ideas but doing exactly the opposite; you justify the conflict

Who has ears hears and who has eyes sees ...
