I was wondering

Why do I have a problem with this "white window"? For example when I want to view a DAP or upload a photo, I get this white window with nothing in it. Can anyone help me with this one?

Very interesting. Maybe it is your computer...

Normally that window will pop up showing you what the DAP is/who sent it. Or it pops up and gives you  the different options of uploading photos. I don't know, but maybe a certain type of pop-up blocker might have something to do with it.

Yeah I thought so (the pop-up blocking). Maybe. But isn't there another way to see these things? Only the white window?

Nah, that's just the way it pops up. Maybe Said can give you some suggestions or troubleshoot for you.

Did you try to turn javascript on for your browser ?
Also, try to clean up cache. It should help.
If not, write me pls, what kind of browser are you using
