In a country where African-Americans are still unofficially segregated … don’t have equal educational opportunities … parents are forced to work crazy hours when should be taking care of their kids … crap like this happens. It’s called lack of education and the victims (toddlers) are the latest generation effected by this atrocity. The problem starts not by the teens giving weed but from George Bush who is responsible for cutting social budgets and wasting the riches country’s money in the world … into his illegal war. Hurricane Katrina was only a year a go…what has he done for them?
