Al-Arabia:

Note of the Day: when relocating to a new neighborhood, your REP points are taken out of your current neighborhood and transferred to your new hood.

I say, follow your heart. I'm not from either neighbourhood but the thing I notice is, that the expression of you comes from what you care for. When you heart is in it then beautiful things are created not just for you but also for others. :)

I am also not a part of either neighborhood but I would say follow your heart. It knows what you really want. Or maybe you should find something that interests you about another city so you don't have to choose between the two. Just a thought....

That's what is so great about NUZIZO ... any neighborhood you choose to reside in is a wonderful choice ... maybe you can visit or devote your time to traveling amongst the neighborhoods ... like 1 month in Al-Arabia, next month in Rumi, next in NUZIZO Beach, and so on and so on ... where ever you decide, I'm sure all of NUZIZO has already welcomed you with open arms of friendship!!
