I wrote the following for Sean. I didn't know him personally but he touched my heart...for real.
Among Giants
You wanted to go out and play,
I said wait for another day
there's a storm coming I point, just look at the sky
gods' tears will fall soon and I don't know why
across the land in a sunny world slumbers a boy without a girl,
too young to know the light of a kiss,
gone all too soon you will be missed
I sit on my throne in my concrete castle,
you lie in your field of sweet decay,
no longer afraid of what if's or what mays?
you look around and smile you are not afraid
for you've been granted your sword,
your shield and buckler your greatest reward
