Lonely x mas season .

'This the season to be jolly

But how can I be when I have nobody

The yuletide carol doesn't make it better

Knowing that we won't be together

A silent night

I know it's going to be

Joy to the world

But it's going to be sad for me

The children can play with their new toys

While their little hearts burst open with joy

And lovers can kiss beneath the mistletoes

The choirs can sing those glorious songs of old

But what is left

Oh, for me to do

Now that it's Christmas

And I don't have you

Dear Eddie,
if this poem reflects your feelings know that you're not alone :)
I will be spending this year's holiday season alone, meaning not with a special someone, but I'm oh so grateful for having all my friends around the globe as not to feel alone at all :)

Thank you Lefki and thank you for the DAP.
I wrote that few years ago for my x g/f, we broke up a day before x mass day, and

I was just going through my old hard drive  last night and I came across my old poems, I thought I should share it with every one.
