Time to move...

After almost 100 year in the family it's time to sell the house.
I grew up here and I love my home but it's time to make a change in my life.
Since my wife and I separated I kept tthe house with some romantic ide'a to lure some female to the nest but so far not and it's too big for me only.
But it's nice isn't it? :)

Ye'p Said it's very well insulated, it has to be with the Swedish winters.
Three glass windows, moore than one foot of insulation in the walls and twice that in the roof.
Put up 150k US and it's yours.

If you mean the ones in front of the stove Darren, they are fixed in the grouting and part of the chimney and are possible as old as the house.
I had plans to change them to some slightly modern ones but the time you know, never enough...

Yes I heard about the US problems and sad to say we are on the same path.
The Real estate prices has raised 15% only this year, but yoy know junior follows his big brother...
But I think Sweden would be a nice place for you to have a recreation cabin Said. *smile*

The house is located almoast in the geographical center of Sweden.
I am not really clear how they calculated it because it's at the shoreline of the Baltic sea.
Have you heard about Sundsvall? Well anyway outside of Sundsvall is the island Alnö and there is where I live at the moment.
