hamburgers or kabas???

I was having a BBQ with my family today and there where two choices, the rectangle meat or the circular meat.... After intense contimplation i made the risky choice to take the circular meat and place it between two peices of bread instead of having the rectangular meat with rice. Yes i sold out my Iranian culture.... I AM A SELL OUT !! (vatan foroosh)

So what do you guys think? I see hamburgers as having a richer taste as you get more with one bite.

Hahaha i know it is a deep topic but try to be as honest as possible !!

all the best

I've only had the burger so I'd take the kabas.

kabobs, specifically koobideh, puts me right to sleep. also, kabobs without soda just doesn't feel right.

food for thought (ha, get it!), hamburgers need a bun, kabobs do not. something seems off if eating a burger with a fork and knife and without buns....seems, mmm, like a very french and unamerican thing to do Wink

joon.

I am glad you shared your humble opinion on this matter, i know it is a very very personal issue but i feel privileged that you have shared this with us.

I also agree that "maitabei" is nooooo good. I like barg kabab alot though.

If i was ever confronted with a nice hot  juicy thick wide black.....................

barg kabab

i would love to eat it instead of a hamburger ! but in general, id still take the burger.
