WHAT I DID LAST NIGHT.ANOTHER SATURDAY NIGHT.

I went to see POUYA . It was in this Persian resturant named PATOUGH. The program started with Jamshid Ali Morad ,one of my favorite because he is able to sing in 8 different languages and lasted till 12 . I had seen him preform 30 years ago in DARVISH in Manhattan. 30 years ago and still sounded the same just this time he told me he has a 18 years old son and he is happily married.   Then came POUYA which started his program with a song named IRAN and sang till 3 in the morning. It was fine . The level of energy in the place was high and that made me think of nuzzio. I guess what matters the most is being places wher the energy level is HIGH.

By the way, did you know Patough restaurant in Tehran? Pahlavi Avenue south of Parkway Intersection? It was attacked and almost destroyed by some wellknown hardliners years ago for opening the first McDonald branch in Tehran after the f***ing revolution. The owners left Iran and sold it to some Arab ballers. It's now a branch of SFC (Super Star Fried Chicken). I miss old Patough, lots of memories you know...
