The most amazing thing about these video’s is that both girls filed suit for copyright infringement practically at the same time. The Indian girl lives in Dhaka, Bangladesh. And the black girl lives in LA, California.

The girl from Dhaka saw the other girls video and went straight to her lawyer, and filed suite. Meanwhile back on the farm in Los Angeles the same thing happened. The other girl saw the other video and did the exact same thing.


So here’s where it gets all messed up. The girl in LA filed suite before she was notified that she was being sued.

Why is this important? Because the judge in the case said that he did not think the girl in LA copied the girl in Dhaka. And the fact that she tried to sue the girl in Dhaka went to show she truly believed her music was stolen.

The judge also said he did not believe the girl from Dhaka copied the girl form LA. Stating he did not believe anyone would be so foolish to copy note for note, dance step for dance step a song and music video of this magnitude that would be seen and heard by millions of people world wide. The judge also said that this is proof that all great minds think alike. And stated that the song and video can continue to play in both nations.

Of course both girls were clearly upset. But this is not where it ends. Go back and listen to both songs. Do you her the Indian melody in their backgrounds? Well apparently both girls are now being sued by the woman who claims that
it’s her voice you hear in their music.

Yep that is Truth her group is called Truth Hurts and that sounds about right, thier case ws heard in London.

This has made me think a little too much resulting in a dull pain around the left side of my temple.  I'll be seeing the lot of you in court.
