I wish I could choose them all! The Masnavi really grabs you.  His work is both meaningful and simple at times.  His style makes his poems easy to memorize and put to song.  Of course, the rest of our great poets lack nothing.  Look here for a wonderful interview with Fatemeh Keshavarz on Mowlana's work: http://speakingoffaith.publicradio.org/programs/rumi/

As a child, my mother taught me the poem of MusA va Sha'bAn (Moses and the Shepherd). Read it here: http://www.ketabnews.com/detail-2446-fa-0.html

I'd have to vote for Shahram K although "Kaftareh Kaakol Bessar" is pretty damn close.
