I had this situation at work where a boss told me they would do something for me job wise. Not a raise just a title change. Now that they've moved up the ladded, they have "Selective memory Syndrome."
And they don't even act the same anymore. Why do people feel the need to change their behavior because they get an advance or a step up on the proverbial ladders.
I swear if I ever get the chance to get to the top, I truly hope I can remember where I came from and all the people who helped me get there. I've just seen it too many times and just can understand the change in mind-set of these people.
Again, What Happened To Honesty?
Man, sometimes even the regular BS sucks.
