Do you suffer from it and if so, how do you recouperate?I personally don't suffer jet lag but many friends do. How do you guys deal with it????

When a short trip no problem ...When a long trip I try gradually from 1-2 days ago to start changing little by little my eating and sleeping habits thinking I have already arrived where I am planning to go ... so gaining 1-2 hours daily when the real thing all is easier ...

I t is all related with sleeping and digestion/nutrition habbits ... it is a matter of adjustment of the body that either you do it at once or gradually ...
