Lower East Side Hostel

So I like my idea of setting up a hostel for our neighborhood.  How would we go about doing that.  What would it look like?  I would like it to have a bar or club inside to provide a place for visitors to mingle with residents.  Just some ideas.  Trying to keep the conversation going.
