To my knowledge the death date was June 10th (Desios 10th) and not 11th. Desios that time (as June was many centuries later) was the month that in agriculture they were harvesting and bundled the ears of wheat (deno = bundle)

In the fall of 324 Alexander 's best buddy Hephaestion died. Alexander became ill the following summer and die on June 13th in Babylon. He was 32 years old. Cause of death they say was either malaria or typhoid fever, but I think he was poisoned by cassander.

Well ... in the group description you write June 11th and here June 13th ... as explained I have read elsewhere (and due to personal motivation) I believe it was June 10th (Desios 10th) ... and he was 33 as 356-323=33

Megas Alexandros born July 356 BC died June 11,323 was one of the most successful military commanders in history. Before his death, he conquered most of the world known to the ancient Greeks; he is regarded as one of the greatest military strategists and tacticians who ever lived. Oh yes he was so this discussion group is dedicated to him Eskander the great.
